• Going to try oatmeal bread with the Kitchenaid today. I think that will be a huge help on days I don't feel like kneading. #
• I got my very first stock dividend Friday! It was 85 cents. I'm rich! #
• Big benefit to using the Kitchenaid to knead: I can clean up while it's kneading. I can't believe how fast I got the dough to its 1st rise. #

• Was just thinking about my high school and realized that it was the educational equivalent of the island of misfit toys. #
• Decided to look up some houses in Bergen, even though I think we can't afford it, and it looks like everything is a short sale. #
• Many more short sales than in other NJ counties. Depressing. #
• And they're in horrible condition. Practically gutted most of them. #
• And the property taxes are still ridiculous. #
• I love Google Voice. Not having to maintain a business phone line is great. #
• Possibly the most uncomfortable episode of The Office ever is on right now: the one with Scott's Tots. #
