It is so awesome you have found the motivation to do this. I am a strong believer of anything in moderation. Michael and I have the 90/10 rule 90% of the time, healthy and homecooked, but that 10% of the time, that bag of potato chips is fair and guilt free game. Huuzah for healthy living!
